Boat and trailer parking: Harbor Village does not allow boats or trailers, so park them at the state marina.

Harbor Village guest rules
These rules come from the HOA. Every guest signs the HOA rental agreement.
- Parking: two assigned spaces for the condo. Trailers, RVs and boats are not allowed in Harbor Village and may be towed at the owner's expense; the HOA fine is $250.
- No pets. The HOA charges a $200 unauthorized pet fee.
- Up to 8 guests, the HOA limit. No exceptions.
- Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am.
- No outdoor charcoal or gas barbecues (HOA fine $300). Electric grills, where a unit provides one, must be unplugged after each use.
- Trash goes only in the dumpster at the Harbor Village entrance, never left on the patio, because wildlife gets into it quickly. Construction dumpsters are off limits. HOA fine $50.
- No climbing on rock walls or landscaping, no littering (HOA fine $100), and please be considerate of neighbors.
