A Bear Lake rental for two families, or three generations

When we were setting up the condo, we kept asking one question: who is going to stay here together? The answer was almost always two families, or one family with grandparents along.

Bear Lake Lookout has three levels, and that is what makes it work.

  • The lower level feels like its own little apartment. It has its own bathroom, a small fridge, a coffee maker, a fold-out couch and games. Grandparents can have their own space and their own bathroom without being in the middle of everything. Or turn it over to the kids as a game room.
  • The main level is where everyone comes together. There is a dining room where the whole group can eat at once, and a breakfast nook with a TV where everyone can still see the view.
  • Every level has its own deck and lake view, so nobody gets the "bad room."

Up to 8 guests can stay, which is also the Harbor Village limit.
